You travel by car or by train

By train, we recommend that you book a taxi in advance as there are no taxis at the station. The hotel is 2 km from the train station.

By car, first, come to the hotel and use the temporary parking space reserved for the hotel to unload your luggage. GPS address: Place Salvador Allende 24200 SARLAT. This parking place is located to the left of the stone cross.
Then, once you have unloaded your luggage, we recommend the following car parks:

1. The hotel has a private garage located 400 meters from the hotel, back to 7 minutes walk. It is necessary to reserve the place to the reservation: 15 euros per day.

2. You will also find a public car park in front of the hotel: “place Salvador Allende ” 24200 SARLAT
It is a paying parking from February to October from 9.00 am to 12:00 and 2:00 pm to 7.00 pm  / one hour free per day – for free the rest of the year

3. You can also park for free all year round at Les Desmourets car park located 300 meters from the hotel on the heights. The return is on foot by a staircase.

You travel by buses

With the coach, you can temporarily park in front of the hotel to unload the luggage.
Then you can go to the parking reserved for buses located « Place du 19 Mars 1962 ». The hotel is 10 minutes walk to join it again.

May I change my reservation ?
Yes. Simply call 05.53.59.27.80 or send you an e-mail via our contact form. Attention : If you have booked through an online agency (Booking, Hotels.com or others) you will need to contact the online agency directly to do so.
Do you have a parking ?

Yes, the hotel has a private car park located 400 meters from the hotel. (walking distance : 7 minutes). Places are at the rate of 15 euros per day – booking is requiered.
The hotel is located in front of a free public car park from the 1st of November to the February 28th  with 60 places – “Place Salvador Allende”.
You can also park at “Les Desmourets” car park (250 places) located at 5 minutes walk from the hotel, accessible by stairs.

I RESERVED FOR 1 NIGHT FROM FEBRUARY 7TH TO THE 8TH , WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY CHARGE ?
If you have booked online, you can cancel until February 5th free of charge (48 hours before the arrival date) If you cancel between 5th and 7th, we will charge the amount of the first night. Booking made through online booking platforms are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
WHAT TO DO FOR LATE ARRIVAL? WILL SOMEONE BE PRESENT AT THE FRONT DESK ?
The hotel reception is open from 7.30 am to 10.30 pm and 7 days a week. Outside these hours, you will be able to access to your room. Beforehand, please ask for the necessary instructions directly at the hotel.
AND IF WE TRAVEL WITH OUR BABY?

The hotel has 3 baby beds ( available in your room for free on request) at rate of 15 euros per day and 3 baby chairs in the restaurant.

WE ARE A FAMILY OF 4 PEOPLE, DO YOU HAVE FAMILY ROOMS?
All our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons except for our family rooms (Room n ° 2 and n ° 3) which are composed of 2 communicating rooms and 3 beds: 1 parental bed of 160 cm and 2 individual beds of 90 cm. Room 1 also has 1 bed of 160cm and a bed-settee in the same room.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD BEDS IN SOME OF THE ROOMS?
All our rooms are equipped with maximum sleeping. Only Family Rooms 2 and 3 can accommodate an extra bed.
Please note: Extra beds are not available if you book through an online agency.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESTORE THE HOTEL?

Remember to reserve your table at the restaurant open from tuesday to saturday. Our chef, Marion Martel, will be happy to make you discover the local cuisine with fresh and local dishes.

In order to allow our guests to enjoy the best quality, your room will be available from 16:00.
AT WHAT TIME SHOULD THE ROOM BE RELEASED?
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM?

Breakfast is an option at the price of 13 euros per person. For children under 12, breakfast is charged 7 euros and it is free for children under 5 years old.

DO ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
The rooms are all equipped with electric fans in the summer season but there is no air conditioning.
CAN I TRAVEL WITH MY ANIMAL?

Yes, we accept pets at rate of 10 euros per day.

HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL IF WE ARE ARRIVING BY TRAIN TO SARLAT?
We recommand you to book a taxi. However, you can walk from the train station to the hotel in 20 minutes.
