Do you have parking?
Yes, the hotel has a private parking lot located 400 meters from the hotel (7 minutes on foot). The spaces are available at a rate of 15 euros per day, by reservation.
The hotel is located across from a free public parking lot, « Place Salvador Allende, » with 60 spaces, available from November 1st to February 28th.
You can also park in the « Les Desmourets » parking lot with 250 spaces, located 5 minutes on foot from the hotel, accessible via a staircase.
I have made a reservation for the night of February 7th to 8th, until what date can I cancel my reservation without fees?
If you booked directly, you can cancel free of charge until February 5th (48 hours before the arrival date). If you cancel between February 5th and 7th, we will charge the amount for the first night. Please note: Reservations made through online booking platforms are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
What should I do if I arrive late? Will someone be there to welcome me?
Our reception is open from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM on Sundays and Mondays, and from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM from Tuesday to Saturday. Outside of these hours, you will be able to access your room. Please request the necessary instructions directly from the hotel in advance.
And if we are traveling with our baby?
The hotel has 3 travel cots available at a rate of 15 euros per night (set up in the room upon reservation), as well as 3 high chairs in the restaurant.
We are a family of four, do you have family rooms?
All of our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, except for our family rooms (Room No. 2 and No. 3), which consist of 2 connecting rooms with 3 beds: 1 double bed (160 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm). Room No. 1 also has 3 beds in the same room.
Is it possible to add extra beds in the rooms?
All of our rooms are equipped with the maximum number of beds.
Is it possible to dine on-site?
Be sure to reserve a table at our restaurant in Sarlat. Our chef, Marion Martel, Maître Restaurateur, will be delighted to introduce you to local cuisine with fresh, locally sourced products.
I want to have dinner, but I have allergies. What do you offer?

What time can we check into the room?
To ensure our guests receive the best quality, your room will be available from 4:00 PM.
What time do we need to check out?
The hotel rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is an optional extra at a price of 13 euros per person (2019 rate). For children under 12 years old, breakfast is charged at 7 euros, and it is free for children under 5 years old.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All rooms are equipped with electric fans during the summer season. Only the charm and family rooms are air-conditioned.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes, we accept pets for a fee of 10 euros per day.
How can we access the hotel if we arrive by train in Sarlat?
We recommend booking a taxi. However, you can reach the hotel on foot in 20 minutes.
